Pan-Seared Scallops
Last week we spent an afternoon over at Rey’s restaurant in Cary NC photographing the food for the restaurant’s new website. Rey’s Restaurant was founded in 2004 and is a steakhouse with a New Orleans, French-Quarter twist. Head chef and owner A. Rey Arias and his staff do an excellent job with dishes ranging from pan seared scallops to Bone-in Rib-eye. And if the mood takes you they do a terrific chicken and sausage gumbo. We had the pleasure of sampling all of the food, as well as photographing it, and it was excellent, I’ll certainly be going back there.
